Top Tier Tune is committed to a straightforward approach to privacy. We believe you should be able to browse and purchase Link ECU products without creating an account, joining a mailing list, or handing us a lasting record of your personal details.
We do not store personal information
Top Tier Tune does not operate a customer database, user accounts, or a CRM that retains your name, address, phone number, or payment credentials. We do not keep order profiles or purchase history on our systems for marketing or profiling purposes.
When you shop on this site, product selections may remain temporarily in your browser (for example, items in your cart) so you can continue shopping. That information stays on your device and is not uploaded to a Top Tier Tune customer database.
Checkout is handled by PayPal
All payment processing is completed through PayPal. When you check out, you interact with PayPal’s secure payment flow. Shipping, billing, and payment details you provide during PayPal checkout are collected and stored by PayPal according to PayPal’s own privacy practices—not by Top Tier Tune.
Separately, we ask for an email address in the cart before you pay so we can send your order confirmation and shipping-related notices. That address is used only for those transactional messages.
We do not receive or retain your full payment card numbers. For transaction questions, receipts, or disputes related to payment, please refer to your PayPal account or PayPal support.
No marketing email or spam
We do not add you to mailing lists, newsletters, or promotional campaigns. Completing a purchase does not enroll you in email marketing. We will not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for advertising.
We may send transactional messages only—such as order confirmations and shipping updates—to the email address you provide at checkout (near the payment buttons). That address is used for order fulfillment notices, not marketing. These are not marketing emails.
Technical operation of the site
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site reliable and protect against abuse. These logs are used for operations and security—not to build marketing profiles—and are not used to contact you.
We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, which pages are visited and how visitors find the shop). Google may set cookies or use similar technologies and process data according to Google’s privacy policy. We do not use Analytics to identify you personally or to send you marketing.
